May Day 2024: Working Together to Create Competent Workers/Labourers" on the occasion of International Labor Day (May Day) 2024, which is the government's effort to invite workers/laborers to look to the future of the world of employment.

"The future of the Indonesian nation is largely determined by how competent and how competitive our workers/laborers are. Therefore, in particular, I invite my fellow workers/laborers to continue to strive to improve their competence and competitiveness.

On this year's May Day commemoration, the Ministry of Manpower also launched Decree of the Minister of Manpower (Kepmenaker) Number 76 of 2024 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Pancasila Industrial Relations which includes 6 principles and 2 principles in realizing Pancasila industrial relations.

Rubber plant comes from the Latin language named Hevea braziliensis. Rubber plants were first found in the Amazone river valleys (Brazil). When Christophel Columbus discovered the American continent in 1476, he was astonished to see locals (Indians) playing ball using a material that could bounce when dropped on the ground. The ball is made of a mixture of roots, wood, grass, and material (latex) which is then heated on fire and rounded into a ball. Long before this rubber plant was popular, natives in various places such as the United States, Asia and South Africa used other trees that also produced sap. After the box containing the crumbs comes out of the Dryer machine, then the contents of the box dryer will be cooled to 40 degrees Celsius. This cooling is needed to avoid mold growth on the final result. The final result will be wrapped in plastic. Hot temperatures will result in condensation of air inside the plastic. This dew can trigger fungus. The product plasticizers can melt so the products will become sticky to each other. The Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) value will drop due to the heat retained in the package.
